Overview
Jivada, an organic self-care brand, needs a website that authentically reflects its ethos of holistic well-being and sustainable beauty. The challenge is to balance storytelling with usability showcasing products while conveying its deeper narrative of empowerment, trust, and emotional connection, motivating users to embrace its philosophy and offerings.
My role
As a UX Design Intern, I collaborated closely with Senior Designer Jatin to drive the end-to-end design process. My responsibilities included conducting user research, gathering insights, and prioritizing pain points. I actively participated in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas, then translated them into wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes. Additionally, I facilitated user testing, collected feedback, and iterated on the designs to enhance usability and overall user experience.

Solutions
Home screen
Home screen with dashboard to have overview of orders, also go to categories to keep up updated service buddy with all orders
Details screen
Details screen with booking summary consists of booking, car, and customer information, which assists service buddy to better understand, with an edit option to fill up after call confirmation.
Checkpoint flow
In the checkpoint tab, the service buddy will diagnose the car with the customer's approval, using quality checkpoints to mark impurities and severities in order to generate an estimation.
Other screens
Estimate generation, car inventory capture, mark confirmation status, assign driver etc.
